Introduction
Ultra filtration membrane is a kind of micropore membrane that with the same aperture size, and the
specified aperture is 0.001-0.02 micrometer. Bring appropriate pressure at one side of the membrane, it can sift out the solute molecules that smaller than the aperture, so that can separate the molecule which is more than 500 Dalton (atomic mass unit) and the particle size is larger than 10 nm.

UltraFiltration backwashing cleaning process:
1.Configuration of Backwashing System
Backwashing system includes backwashing water tank, backwashing pump, and NaClO dosing device.
2.Backwashing Water Tank
Permeate water is usually used for backwashing. So a backwashing water tank is not essential and production water tank can be used directly.

Install a dosing device separately can avoid bacteria multiplication.
There are two conventional dosing forms: one is continuous addition of 1-5ppm NaClO to the feed water; the other is continuous addition of 10-15ppm NaClO in backwashing process.
